Allow that Dolphin can also be used with global view properties. Let the user chose whether view properties should be remembered for each directory or whether they should be valid globally. Per default the view properties are remembered for each directory. Instead of having a the 3 view modes "icons", "details" and "previews" only 2 view modes are used now: "icons" and "details". Whether a preview is shown or not is part of the directory view properties.
