If filename of an item was updated previously, it would modify the model before the file was actually changed. This led to the model calling a signal that would try to run a previewjob, but since the filename is not actually changed yet on disk, it would fail. This patch moves the model updating after copyjob. Copyjob will take care of the file renaming if there is already existing file. We just need to update the model correctly after the job has succeeded. BUG:497555

Summary: FileWidgets read from kdeglobals the property "MaximumSize" under "PreviewSettings" to decide if a preview will be generated for that file. There is no current GUI to change that file size limit. On the other hand Dolphin ignores it. This patch aims to fix that by adding new configuration options to Dolphin. That is a new spinbox in Dolphin settings under General -> Previews tab. Test Plan: 1 - Set up a local folder with 2 jpg images of less and more than 1 MB respectively. 2 - Go to Dolphin Preferences. General -> Previews and check "JPEG Images" from the list. And set "Skip previews for files above:" to 1MB. 3 - Navigate to the afore mentioned folder. Only the image of size less than 1 MB should show a preview. Since Dolphin 2.0, we have stored the selected items in a QSet<int>, which is neither space-efficient nor particularly fast when inserting many items which are in a consecutive range. This commit replaces the QSet<int> by a new class "KItemSet", which stores the items in a sorted list of ranges. For each range, we only store the first index and the length of the range, so we need a lot less memory for most common selection patterns, and we also save quite a few CPU cycles in many situations, because adding an item to the KItemSet will in many cases not need a memory allocation at all, and it's particularly easy when inserting sorted items into the KItemSet in a row. KItemSet contains a minimal subset of QSet's API which makes it suitable as a drop-in replacement for our needs. It also has iterators, such that the items can be iterated through easily, also with foreach. One advantage of KItemSet compared to QSet<int> is that the items are always iterated through in ascending order. REVIEW: 113488

KFileItemListView notifies KFileItemModelRolesUpdater of changes of the visible index range and the icon size with a delay, to prevent that expensive operations are triggered repeatedly, and that scrolling feels sluggish because the GUI thread is blocked by icon loading. This patch ensures that the "long" delay of 300 ms is only used when the zoom level is changed, and the "short" delay if only the visible index range has changed. If the user changed a column-width in the details-view, up to now the width got reset when changing a directory or when restarting Dolphin. Now the column-widths automatically get remembered for each directory in case if the user has modified the width. The automatic resizing is still turn on per default. The storing of the custom column-width can easily be reset by right clicking on the header and selecting "Automatic Column Widths" from the context-menu. Some finetuning is still necessary (e.g. the "Adjust View Properties" dialog currently is not aware about this setting) but this will be fixed during the next weeks. BUG: 264434 FIXED-IN: 4.9.0

The following functionality from Dolphin 1.x has been ported to the new view-engine: - Allow expanding/collapsing of items - Automatically select the current item - Context menu for items Related improvements to the view-engine: - Make the expanding/collapsing interface already accessible in the base classes KItemModelBase and KItemListView. If no expanding/collapsing is supported at all by derived models (which is usually the default case) simply not reimplementing those 3 methods is sufficient and it does not introduce an additional complexity like in QAbstractItemModel/QModelIndex. - Automatically handle the expanding/collapsing in KItemListController. This also includes the key-handling, which is quite special for expandable items. - Don't let KItemListView automatically scroll to the current item if the current item got changed. The automatic scrolling should only be done if the current item has been changed by the user. Hence this functionality has been moved to the KItemListController which currently only triggers the automatic scrolling if the current item has been changed by the keyboard (we might extend the usecases later if required).
