This reverts commit dc149ec5e52f52c514cf362603d05ba8eea506b8. This prevents a crash. One issue identified is that the commit that I am reverting here accesses a QDropEvent at a moment in time in which it might have already been deleted. We cannot check if it exists by that time because we do not control its lifetime and it is not a QObject.

When dragging onto tabs/Places from a remote URL, we don't process the QDropEvent immediately, but start a StatJob and process the event when it finishes. Also, the result of the StatJob is cached for 30 seconds, to avoid starting duplicate jobs.

Right now, when you unmount a device that any active view containers are displaying, nothing in the view changes. As a result, it's possible to try to navigate to files or folders in that view, which cannot be done because the disk that the files or folders are located on has been unmounted! When unmounting a removable media Dolphin checks if there are some files open on the device before performing the unmount. If the terminal window in dolphin is open and the to be unmounted path is open, the unmount process will be blocked. This patch sets the terminal window current path to the home directory upon unmount request if the terminal directory is set to the mount path. This resolves a regression caused by the Places Panel rewrite. There is a small glitch left when reordering items (dragging below the last or above the first item only shows the drop indicator when first dragging out of the item and then back), but I prefer not to fix this glitch right now because this would require a more intrusive change, and I do not want to risk regressions because is not much time left to fix them before 4.9.0 is released.
